Enrolment Procedures

Home Student Applications

Applications can be made online, by post or in person. Applications are referred to the appropriate faculty head depending on the type of the course to be undertaken. At present there are five main faculties at the college, namely English language, business and travel management studies, accounting , and information technology.

The department head provides guidance on the chosen course and assesses whether the applicant possesses the necessary entry requirements. The applicant is requested to produce proof of his or her academic qualification and transcript of record. Once the faculty head has established the candidate’s eligibility for a suitable chosen course, the application is considered by the Admissions Committee. If the application is approved , the administration Department issues a conditional letter of an offer of a place. On acceptance of the offer and receipt of the course tuition fees the administration department issues a letter of enrolment to the applicant for the chosen program of study.

International Student Applications

Applications can be made online and by post. Applicants are requested to send a copy of their most recent academic achievements with the application form. On the successful evaluation of the application a conditional letter of a place stipulating the terms and conditions is issued. On acceptance of the offer of place and the remittance of the non-refundable registration fee and tuition fees deposit as indicated in the conditional offer, a letter of acceptance and relevant documentation are sent to the student to assist him/her in processing the UK student visa application at the British Embassy or High Commission overseas.
