Tuition Fees Refund Policy
Overseas Students
Tuition fees or deposits paid can be refunded, if an overseas student is refused a visa or entry to Britain. The total fees paid will be refunded, apart from the £100 non-refundable registration fee, provided the following conditions are met:
- The student has not entered the UK.
- The College is given sight of the original letter issued by the British High Commission or Embassy, confirming the refusal of visa.
- The Certificate of Enrolment and the receipt for the fees paid are returned to the College in their original form.
- The student has not appealed against the refusal of the visa. If an appeal has been lodged, the fees will be refunded only upon receiving documentary evidence that the appeal has been dismissed.
Home Students
- Tuition fees or deposits can be refunded, if a home student has informed the college in writing about his/her inability to start the course, at least two weeks prior to the commencement date of the course. The total fees paid will be refunded, apart from the £100 non-refundable registration fee.
- In case a home student decides to withdraw from a course programme, or is expelled for any reason, after the commencement date no refund will be made.
Reimbursement Method
The refund will be in the form of a banker's cheque payable to the relevant student.
Refund request forms take 2-3 weeks to be processed from the date all necessary documents are submitted to the college.
